I’m Samantha Smith, Director of Solid Safety Ltd. After more than 15 years working as a Site Manager in commercial construction, I know how tough it can be to juggle the demands of getting the job done while keeping everyone safe. I’ve seen first-hand how safety systems can either be a help or just another bit of paperwork.
I hold a degree in Construction Project Management and the NEBOSH International General Certificate, and I’m currently studying towards my NEBOSH International Diploma. But more importantly, I genuinely care about people going home safe to their families. I keep things practical, simple, and straight to the point, because safety should work for you on site — not against you.
